Finding Godowns by District or GPS "Nearby"
- Search 75+ Nepal Districts: Use the location dropdown in the top header to select any district (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Pokhara, Chitwan, Biratnagar, etc.) to see local godown stock.

💳 Sahu Khata Credit Cycle
Retailers receive credit terms between 15 to 30 calendar days. When an invoice is created, it enters the retailer's Khata statement. Payments can be settled online via Fonepay / Bank Transfer or cash at the supplier's warehouse.
🔒 Overdue Credit Freezes
If a buyer has overdue invoices exceeding their credit terms, Saradeal automatically blocks further Khata purchases across all suppliers until the past-due balance is cleared.
🧾 IRD Tax Compliance & VAT
Wholesale godowns issue formal VAT tax invoices with registered PAN numbers, allowing businesses to claim VAT input credits in accordance with Inland Revenue Department (IRD) Nepal regulations.
🛡️ Store Suspension & Buyer Safety
If a supplier is reported for counterfeit goods, failed dispatches, or fraudulent practices, administrators immediately suspend the store. Suspended storefronts return a 404 error to public visitors to protect buyers.
